What does the Virtual Vendor Sponsorship entail?
The sponsorship will include half a table dedicated to your products that you send to us. We will display and sell your products and put out any marketing collateral & take aways (i.e. postcards, business cards) you want displayed along with your products.
In addition to that, we will be producing a Happy Go Techy booklet that will be passed out to attendees the day of the event for them to take home. You will get a half-page ad in it. Once you become a vendor, we will feature you on our blog as well.
What is the cost of the sponsorship?
Total sponsorship cost is $275.
Who will be overseeing my items at the expo?
There will be staff manning the tables, selling any physical items you’ve sent as well as taking orders for them if any of the items run out. There will be on dedicated staff member at each table.
How will payments be collected at the expo & how will I receive payments for sales made at the expo?
How will I know what orders are placed for my products at the expo?
Staff members will collect payment and take down all necessary information for you to fill orders. We will send you order details when we send you the funds that are due to you. Your left over items will also be shipped to you within a week of the event.
When will unsold items be sent back to me?
We will send you back unsold items within a week of the event.
Instead of sending physical products to be sold, can I send samples for display and only sell through orders at the expo?
